Snap… three stripes you’re “in”

Stripes are BIG this time of the year, like many spring/summer seasons. This fashionista’s top is very “in.” Not only is it striped, it features three colors of the season– white, orange, and mint! Furthermore, the mint pants was a great compliment to a fabulous top!

Snap… by the sea

Taking a break from her busy schedule at Union, this student took a short trip to Nyack to relax by admiring the Hudson, drinking iced coffee. Her “sea-look” was quite fitting for the occasion. Her green scoop neck shirt along with her white sailor-style trousers are great spring pieces that remind one of summer’s imminence. This trendy “vacation-y” outfit is finished with a thin belt and crossing sandals.

Snap… spring fling

You can never go wrong with a floral-patterned cropped dress for spring! This student adorned her look with pearls, Keds sneakers, and a cardigan. It’s a great outfit that is versatile in appearance– she could be going on a date, hanging with friends, or just looking pretty for her birthday. [It was the latter]

Snap… blossoming boho

The cropped top and chiffon dress are a delicately cute pairing. This student’s bohemian look was completed with leather ankle boots and plum hobo bag. Boho style allows both a feminine and hippy flare to be intertwined. It’s a comfortable and artsy look that is easily appreciated.

Snap… white mint

White defies time as a standard for spring. The big color trend for spring this year is mint green. Together, they work in harmony– it’s really pleasant. These stylish girls are a perfect pair in their trendy-colored frocks. One wearing an embellished mint sleeveless dress, and the other a white-laced cropped dress, they kept the accessories simple. The only other element of embellishment were their great choices in shoes.

They look absolutely stunning.

Snap… fresh and clean

A crisp, white blazer is truly a great investment for spring. This student executed a perfect way to incorporate this spring staple– pairing with bold color jeans. Notice, the jacket adds structure to her flowy top, which is what makes the piece so needed. If you’re wearing a maxi dress, frock, or shirt , just throw on a white blazer and effortlessly sophisticate your look.

Snap… suave

Pairing a blue oxford with sun-kissed shorts is a great spring/summer combination, as you can see– this is a basic that can never fail (oxford and shorts).  This fashionisto struts a sophisticated preppy look aided by his navy boat shoes, watch, satchel, and RayBan’s.

Snap… dress-up, dress-down

This outfit composed of relaxed jeans and a t-shirt, is simple right? Right, but she dresses this simple wardrobe with a beautiful scarf and beaded bracelet. Accessories are magical items: this is a wonderful concept that true fashionistas know.

I LOVE her scarf!

Snap… the minimalist

Blazers are a common men’s staple, however, they are quickly becoming lovely additions to women’s closets. I think everyone looks good in a blazer– especially this stylish student. Her outfit, minimal in its approach, alludes to the whimsicality of spring. The boots and blazer create clean lines that present a nice confidence. This is a great less-is-more moment.
